Besides teaching you sailing skills, Even Keel Sailing’s Facilitators use the latest Life Coaching and personal development techniques, specifically tailored to you, your employees, your group or your family.

-Catalina Cruises

-Corporate Regattas.  These are popular programs where your co-workers or your customers can learn to sail and then achieve the goals above through a sailing race.

-Singles on the Sea, including "knot tying" instruction & practice.

-Sunset/Full Moon Cruises (monthly public event)

-Pupil Free Days for teachers.  We specialize in working with independent schools.

-Youth Programs

-In-service trainings for social service agency staff.

-"Family Come About," a family tune-up that celebrates what works well in a family and upgrades what can work even better.

-"Broad Reach," conflict resolution skills for labor unions and other groups.

A program can also be designed especially for business development and/or team building, promoting substantial improvement in morale and productivity as well as overall business success.  Even Keel Sailing's programs can be an invigorating and dramatic way to bring about genuine and positive changes.  Our programs can also bring a corporate or organizational goal to individual participants and foster and repair coworkers' relationships.

Even Keel Sailing offers a 1-day program, a 3-day program and a 5-day program.  To learn to sail on your own and make the most progress toward your goals, you are encouraged to sign up for all 3.  Each program can be taken separately, and all participants will start with the 1-day program.
